Christina Dodd

Even before she became a writer, Christina Dodd liked to write. While working as a draftsman in an engineering firm, she often spent her lunch hour reading novels and, after going back to work, would try to imagine how the books would end in her mind. The actual plots never matched what she came up with, but no matter. She liked her endings better. Ten years and two children later, her first novel, Candle in the Window, was published, and she hasn’t stopped since. The recipient of both the prestigious Golden Heart and RITA Awards, she’s a regular on all the major bestseller lists, and was even been used as a clue in the Los Angeles Times crossword puzzle (11/18/05, #13 down: Romance Novelist named Christina).
