As a Massage Therapist, I use this book to show my clients not only what stretches to use but also what muscles they affect. I would love to retail it because I know that my clients would buy it.

You do not need to know about anatomy, be a doctor or a super athlete to get the benefits of this book. Good ilustrations and explanations to stretch specific parts of your body...

I'm a massage therapist and I've thoroughly enjoyed having Stretching Anatomy in my collection. The visuals are wonderful,it's nice to give my clients a peek into different stretches and poses so we can discuss how stretching can benefit their bodies. It's detailed and simple to follow so that even people with little anatomy training can enjoy this book. I'd recommend it to beginning or experienced atheletes, health care professionals or anyone who wants to learn more about their body and the benefits to stretching.

I am a massage therapist and have recommended this book to PTs, other MTs and clients. It is the most informative and comprehensive book I have ever seen about stretching. The illustrations are great and I even learned some things about stretching that I never learned in massage school. All bodyworkers and yoga instructors should have a copy of this book handy at all times when working with clients. And for the price it is the best anatomy book I have ever seen, most anatomy books are much more expensive. A great value!

As a professional massage therapist for 10 years, I refer to this book constantly and have recommended it to many clients for their self-care practice. The excellent illustrations and format make this an excellent reference.
