MacKayla Lane lies naked on the cold stone floor of a church, at the mercy of the erotic Fae master she once swore to kill. Far from home, unable to control her sexual hungers, can she find a way to overcome the Lord Master’s dark power before it consumes her very soul? In Dreamfever, New York Times bestselling author Karen Marie Moning’s stunningly seductive new novel, the walls between human and Fae worlds have come crashing down. Determined to exact vengeance on the Lord Master for murdering her sister, MacKayla has instead fallen under his spell, and is now weakened by an insatiable craving that consumes her every thought…and leaves her aching for two very dangerous men, both of whom she desires but dares not trust. Now, as the enigmatic Jericho Barrons and the sensual Fae prince V’Lane vie for her body and soul—and as she rallies the sidhe-seers to fight an impossible battle—MacKayla’s greatest enemy delivers a terrifying challenge…one that sends her racing home to Georgia where her loved ones are under siege. There, as the final conflict begins, she will come face-to-face with a soul-shattering truth about herself and the world she thought she knew….

I have read/own all of Karen Monings books and they have all been fantastic, but the Fever series hits fast and furious and you can't put them down. You find yourself wishing for a certain outcome that doesn't come right away and then you are impatient for the next one. Can't wait for the next one.

Fascinating and intense. I find that I must sometimes set the book aside and just give my mind time to absorb what I have read. One must read the preceeding novels to fully understand and appreciate the most recent. I like the way KMM draws in characters from previous books so that her base is even more solidified. An excellent read! Well done!
