Picking up after the cataclysmic events and revelations of Pale Demon’s road trip to hell, A Perfect Blood, the tenth book in Kim Harrison’s New York Times bestselling Hollows series, conjures more plot twists to thrill Rachel Morgan’s legions of fans!
For any living human being, renewing a driver’s license and getting a car registered is a dreaded task. But for Rachel Morgan—declared legally dead because of her new day-walking demon identity—the whole bureaucratic process is simply Kafkaesque. She’s about to give up when Inderland Security offers a ray of hope.
Ritually murdered corpses, all witches, are appearing across Cincinnati—terrifying amalgams of human and other. The I.S. wants the ex-witch’s help with the investigation. In exchange, Rachel wants her license and registration. A good deal...she thinks. But before long, Rachel realizes a horrifying truth—a would-be creator is determined to make his (or her) own demons. But it can’t be done without her blood.
As a bounty hunter, Rachel has battled vampires, witches, werewolves, demons and more. But nothing compares to this new case, and it’s beginning to look as if humanity itself might be her toughest challenge yet!

I love all of Kim Harrison's books. I am glad she came out with this one. It goes along with the series really well and did not turn out like I had hoped at all. Her books always keep you on your toes. Wished more come out asap but Can't wait for the next one!!
I didn't think Ms Harrison would ever come out with another book. Rachel was talking about people and things that happened in the last book that I couldn't remember. I'm going to look and see if I missed a book or find the last book of hers and read it again. I hope it doesn't take to long for the next one.
Another great installment in the life of our favorite Interlander. As always the end of the book has me wanting to read the next..... More pelase...

I loved the book. I am just sad to say that now I have to wait another year for the next one. I love the characters and the deep feelings you have for all of them as you read. I have read the books twice and have listened to a few of the audio books. A big thank you to Charlaine Harris for recomending these books. I still think Rachael will end up with Trent. Last, I really, really want one of those pixeys
