Who needs men? Not Carolyn, that’s for sure. After a bad marriage and an even worse divorce, she has no interest in meeting anyone of the Y-chromosome persuasion. Too bad the rest of the vacationers here at St. Lucia didn’t get the memo. Even though all Carolyn wants is to enjoy the Caribbean sun, there seem to be sexy men around every corner, including one particularly attractive rock violinist with impossibly seductive eyes. It’s really too bad that he’s so young.
Christian Notte may look like he’s in his early 20s, but as a vampire, he’s much, much older. Knowing that Carolyn is his life mate is one thing, but seducing the skittish, once-bitten Carolyn is quite another. So, his family concocts a plan to throw them both together, convincing her in a hilariously twisted scheme to pretend to be his girlfriend for a week. Now, in Under a Vampire Moon, the delightful new entry in Lynsay Sands’ Argeneau series, they’re roaming around the island, holding hands…and even kissing! Love may bite, but this certainly doesn’t suck. Yet with their relationship already built on a lie, how will Christian tell her the truth about himself…and convince her that his love will truly last forever…?

The book is well written, but it was a slow read for me.
Love this series of books...she makes vampires lovable and real
I love Lynsey Sands books. Her characters are believeable and real. They feel like people I know. The pacing is also excellent. She doesn't waste a lot of time reexplaining what and who they are, she works it in at key points, that make sense, without killing the story.
Under a Vampire Moon is even better than the Twighlight series and I love the Twighlight series. Very entertaining! I love reading The Argeneau series and hope there are a lot more coming!

It is so fabulous, just as all her books especially this series! One can never go wrong choosing Lindsay Sands! The only part I was missing was her being changed...maybe it will be in the next book of the series!
