In Against the Law, the last chapter in Kat Martin’s Raines Brothers Trilogy, we finally get the story of the youngest—and wildest—of the bunch.
At 32, Dev is “mostly retired” from Raines Investigations, but if he has one weakness, it’s his inability to say no to a beautiful woman. Enter Lark Delaney. Determined to track down the baby daughter her sister gave up for adoption, she needs his help, and one look at her and Dev is ready and willing.
What Dev doesn’t know is that this isn’t just a missing person’s case. He’s about to go up against a shady adoption ring, kidnappers and killers. Now, with both his and Lark’s lives on the line, can he find a way to keep them safe, or will their growing attraction end up being his downfall?

I love Kat Martins books! I grew up in Kentucky, and my Dad loved western tv and books. I used to watch John Wayne with him and Bonanza..Reading her books brings me back to a beautiful memory of the special times I shared with my Dad. The romance and storylines are HOT too..Keep them coming..
