This was not like what the brief excerpt lead to believe. It hardly centered on Patrick and Kate except in the end. I was more of what was going on down the beach. I usually enjoy Ms. Michaels' books but this one was just ok.

Usually I read Fern Michaels books in one day, this one has dragged on and on. I haven't enjoyed this one at all.

I read this yesterday and I was very disappointed. The story seems disjointed and incomplete. The characters are unbelievable. Not a book I would recommend and I am sorry that I purchased it instead of borrowing it from the library.
